Can I Moved to the Dominican Republic and Still Receive Child Support From the Father in the United States?

I'm planning to move to the Dominican Republic, but I still want my baby's father in the United States to pay for child support. Can that still be done?

    Yes it can.
I live in Texas and my father (who pays child support) is in England.
So I am sure it would be the same for your case.

If you can afford to move to the Dominican Republic then you don’t need child support.

No. US law wouldn’t apply there if you were staying permanently.

Why would you want to move your children so far away from their father. That isn’t right.
